Issue with camera using ov05c10 on kernel 6.17.8

Description

Following the last revert you did on PR #398, my camera using the driver ov05c10 is not working anymore on a kernel 6.17.8.
The first time I access the camera, it's working, then when I close the browser page using the camera, the privacy led stay on and the camera may not be used anymore, only displaying black color.

Reverting the last PR make the camera work again.

If you have any idea to keep your fix regarding the FPS, and the camera working, I would be glad :)
