Description
My Dell Latitude 9330 2-in-1 uses an ipu6 webcam.
I'm running archlinux with the distro kernel (6.18.4 as of today).
The camera works (with some additional AUR package)
[ 5.124701] intel-ipu6 0000:00:05.0: enabling device (0000 -> 0002) [ 15.898642] intel-ipu6 0000:00:05.0: Found supported sensor OVTI02C1:00 [ 15.898789] intel-ipu6 0000:00:05.0: Connected 1 cameras [ 15.901818] intel-ipu6 0000:00:05.0: IPU6-v3[465d] hardware version 5 [ 16.075001] intel_ipu6_psys.psys intel_ipu6.psys.40: pkg_dir entry count:8 [ 16.075375] intel_ipu6_psys.psys intel_ipu6.psys.40: psys probe minor: 0
but at startup I get these warnings:
[ 4.896213] int3472-discrete INT3472:01: INT3472 seems to have no dependents. [ 4.902828] int3472-discrete INT3472:06: cannot find GPIO chip INTC1096:00, deferring .... Moreover if the camera is enabled in the BIOS, the boot process is waiting 10s while mounting /boot and /efi partitions.
