Need to create a "scarthap" branch #548
Description
We need a "scarthgap" branch in order to build for Yocto Project 5.0 LTS.
You will also want to change the conf/layer.conf LAYERSERIES_COMPAT to be styhead when the time comes for 5.1 branching.
