Informative: ENVO discussion of host-associated samples

EnvironmentOntology/envo#1029 Issue in ENVO tracker discusses samples collected to represent microbiome inside some organism (my generalization). What is the sampledFeature (they call context). Points to ENVO/MIxS guidance for host-associated microbial samples , where the context is factored into broad-scale, local-scale and medium-scale. We need to think about how these approaches can be integrated as vocabulary extensions.
