Would this work with non-GDAX websockets? I wonder how do we change the websocket address.

Right now GDAX is hard-coded. It shouldn't be too difficult to add support for others, like Gemini or Bittrex. Another option is not using websockets at all, and instead poll from something like http://cryptowat.ch
