Add interactive mode for git-watch

For some repos, people might ike to review the new commits first so that they don't pull in malicious code.

So before pulling those changes, it should be possible to see a git diff between the latest commit on the user's fork and the new commits on the upstream and let the user decide whether he/she wants those changes
