add hue shift function to Color class, alternatively an HSV form of Color

Ideally a color should be convertible to (hue, saturation, value) format and back. This would allow a programmer to animate the shifting of hue of an object, for example from red to green. Consequently, with HSV one could change brightness or saturation of a color, though those two can be accomplished with simple arithmetic.
