Explicit authors' names to keep on the front page

While reading the last version from the very beginning , I noticed the authors identity has been removed for the Author(s) list .
I think we should keep the list explicit, as it represents our commitment in the project .
The content represents discussions and contributions from various partners in the game.
In the wider community of data science I also belong to, IVOA High Energy Group is not well identified.
I need this credit for my career track .
This is also valid for other contributors.

I fully agree with this! I'm not sure exactly when this change occurred, but I think including the explicit author list (rather than "The IVOA High Energy Interest Group" is important for all the reasons that you outline.

That said, what should the author list be?

Previous versions of the document listed "I. Evans, M. Servillat, B. Khélifi, J. Evans, M. Louys, M. Kettenis, F. Bonnarel, L. Michel, B. Boisson, M. Cresitello-Dittmar, O. Ates, K. Kosack, and the IVOA High Energy Interest Group"

We can go back to that fairly straightforwardly, and if you think this needs to be in place for the Interop (does it?) it's probably the only immediate option.

However, we should really decide if this is the right list, in the right order. Or should all members of the HEIG be listed? Perhaps in alphabetical order, or a subset of main authors followed by everyone else in alphabetical order?

Regardless, each potential co-author must be contacted to verify that they indeed want to be a co-author. Most people will say yes, but some may say no.

I think we have a small amount of time to decide before the document is finalized.

may be first keep back for interop , and then ask people featuring in the current list wether they want to ne named in the author list?

Unfortunately , I won't be present in person at the Görlitz meeting .
I do not mind about the order. My research institute requires the authors names to appear in the citation only. Thanks
