Cannot install IVPN on Windows on ARM (ARM64)

Describe your environment

• Device: Windows on ARM laptop (Snapdragon-based)
• OS name and version: Windows 11 ARM64
• IVPN app version: Latest Windows installer

Describe the problem

The IVPN application fails to install on Windows on ARM (ARM64).
The installer exits with a failure during the TAP driver installation phase, and the application is not installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download the IVPN Windows installer
2. Run the installer on a Windows on ARM (ARM64) device
3. Installation fails during TAP driver setup and exits with an error

Observed Results:

• Installer fails and rolls back
• TAP driver installation does not complete
• IVPN app is not installed

Expected Results:

• Installer completes successfully
• IVPN app installs and runs normally on Windows on ARM
