Add controller remapping

Right now, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to remap controllers. When I tried editing the .ini, controller mapping changes didn't seem to happen. I'm hoping there will be a controller remapping option in the settings at some point, similar to other emulators.

You can remap it in the Supermodel.ini you can do that in the app in advanced settings. I'm still going to find a way to do it easier in app.
