Deployment

We need to deploy the container somehow.

ENV variables that need to be set:

* DB_URL - a postgres db
* GITHUB_ID
* GITHUB_SECRET

The two github values are for an oauth app - we can only set this up once we know the website address the app will be running on (the github app needs to know URL and callback URL).
