Permalinks need to be updated to make the plugin work

After installing DeadTrees and creating the first Book post, upon trying to view the book post, Wordpress throws an error that something went wrong (probably a 404 error).

I tried it on 2 separate installations of Wordpress - one on my hosting provider, and the second on my local development system. Same issue on both. I then tried it on a completely fresh Wordpress installation (on local system) and DeadTrees worked absolutely fine right out-of-the-box.

Then I updated permalinks on one of the problem sites and I was able to browse the book post.

So the temporary solution is to just press "Save changes", without needing to change anything, on the Permalinks settings page, and DeadTrees will work on the front-end.

It may actually be enough to just visit the permalinks settings page without saving anything ;) It's a wordpress quirk.

However, there's a way for me to do this programmatically, so you shouldn't have to do it manually. I know I put it in at least in one place, but I'll make sure that it gets done properly, so people don't have to keep visiting the permalinks page.
