Allow for links other than Amazon

I love the concept of this plugin, but I'm reluctant to send people to Amazon. Is it possible to give an option for either other bookstores, or perhaps the open library?

To sum up, this ticket now contains 3 parts:

• Add openlibrary
• Add indiebound
• Add cut & paste a URL option
