Feature: Add ability to link to another comment / line number from a comment

Hey, there is another extension called "Comment Anchors" which allows you to do a lot of things. I am only interested in linking to another comment/line-number within a comment. Your extension seems to be more closely aligned with what I want. Hence, this feature request :D
