Remove or Adjust time restrictions?

Could you remove the time restrictions?

For example, currently, the evening time can only be set between 1 PM and 3 PM.

I would prefer the following time ranges instead:

Morning: Any time from 12 AM to 11 AM Afternoon: 12 PM to 3 PM or 4 PM Evening: 4 PM to 8 PM Night: 8 PM to 12 AM

You are actually free to set any time to whatever you want but the other times constrain it. You can't begin noon before the end of the morning for instance. You need to change that time before you can change the times constrained by it

This makes sense but is a bit clunky to use. It can be made to work though with a bit of time juggling.

A slightly better UX here could be to allow setting any time everywhere but highlight conflicting times in red and only allow applying the chances once the time constraints are integer.

Given that you can make it to work without that with some work, I don't think this should have high priority though.
