global conversion

I'd like to see a "file" "global" option to do this for all instances in a file or in a project tree.

if you select multiple regions and then run a conversion command, it should do it for every selected region. This is limited to a file, but it uses existing Sublime mechanics, which I like.

so, find "fooBar" + select all matches + then running your case conversion command should convert all of them.
