Format selection not working.

When I have only a portion of the file selected, and run the formatter, it formats the whole file.

@arxpoetica the code for that is on https://github.com/jdc0589/jsformat-atom/blob/master/lib/format.coffee#L75 and on https://github.com/jdc0589/jsformat-atom/blob/master/lib/format.coffee#L94. Maybe Atom's API has changed, see if you can play around and find out what's wrong now.
