wrong accordion pane when using #navigation

Visit http://dubsar-dictionary.com/?term=turn#turn_v . The # in the URL should open to the verb pane, but it doesn't.

This fails in every tested browser except Camino on OS X and Safari on Windows. It seems likely to be an issue with jQuery UI in certain browser versions.
