Cannot modify the plugin toolbar, nor save the pdf from within the plugin view.

There is no "save as" button in the toolbar, and printing to pdf is just silly.
Could you at least add a "save as" button, or even better, make some way to modify the toolbar?

I'm not using or really maintaining this version of okularplugin any more. I'd report this on the 2ion fork of okularplugin https://github.com/2ion/okularplugin . Unfortunately I can't see an obvious way of redirecting everyone to this fork.
