Request: Update search index to include new uv version in Nixpkgs #2759

This already exists, but the version that devbox search is currently outputting does not show the latest version available on the 25.11 stable channel Nixpkgs repo. I'm not sure how quickly updates happen or if there's a way to force trigger a manual search index update for a specific package.
