How to put the 3rd-party utils into the project? #2

Hi ! I wonder what's the meaning of " If you put these 3rd-party packages in a pathUtils folder in the same base folder as the shadowDetection, they should be picked up automatically by setPath." ?
I have downloaded the 3rd-party utils, created a folder named"utilsPrivate" for them, and compiled them according to respective instructions. But there were still some errors like "cannot find xxx"...
