Possibility to incorporate Patcepta rules

Would it make sense to incorporate the rules at Patcepta? (which appear to pretty comprehensively span US + EP docket items) Maybe as an optional 'pre-loading' of rules?

This is a nice resource for reviewing the events, but phpIP uses a specific rule engine that makes an "automatic" import quite difficult. Moreover, phpIP makes a distinction between events (that happen at a given date without necessarily generating a deadline), and tasks that have a deadline (which are triggered by specific events that they are linked to).
