Error in running PopSV

Hi!
When I try to run PopSV following the instructions given under I don't want to think, how can I run it quickly ?
And I run source("automatedPipeline-batchtools.R"), I get the error
Error in file(filename, "r", encoding = encoding) :
cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning message:
In file(filename, "r", encoding = encoding) :
cannot open file 'automatedPipeline-batchtools.R': No such file or directory

How can I fix this?
