Resize UI Elements with Text Being Cut Off

There are a few places where text is too large or the button is too short and is causing the text to not fully display. Check pages for text being cutoff and fix.

I.E. - Invoice Format Mapping page shows 'Revert Changes' being cut off. Same for text on the agent sales report page.
