I got your e-mail. Just responded.
I don't think this is related to the post being made through e-mail. Instead, the issue is that the post starts with four spaces, which is the Markdown equivalent of starting a <pre> tag. Thus, all the content inside will be escaped and printed as code. If you just remove the leading spaces, the post should be rendered correctly.

The spaces were not purposefully left. Can we just add a check condition or trim the spaces in the start. If that's easy to do. Please close the issue. Thanks
