It looks like your venv is activating correctly, so that's good.

What happens if you run pip install -r requirements.txt ?

FYI: I'm working on a major rework of the dependencies, installation, and auto-update functionality. The plan is to get rid of the need to run Nginx, and have the Python stuff handle both the API endpoints and the static files, which takes a huge chunk out of the environment setup complexity. There is also a rumor that newer versions of Docker support device access - if true, setup would be a one-liner. Fingers crossed!

Until then, I believe the bootstrap scripts and the installation process documentation should work. If you run through that process and get stuck let me know where and I'll help troubleshoot.
