FEATURE: Checkout and fastforward

First of all thank you for this great tool !
Readers, do not forget to go donate if you can, these projects make our environments better and that's a big present !

I know it's early in the development process but if you can add some practical features it would be really nice.
The first one(I didn't manage to do it on current version) can be :
"Checkout and fastforward", when a branch is locally before the remote one. When you checkout on the remote branch being able to update the local to match the remote one is useful.

In hope to be a useful user to improve your tool !

When your local branch is behind the upstream, you can right-click on the tip of the upstream branch, then select "Merge into (your branch)". If there are no conflicts, you can choose whether to fast-forward or create a merge commit.

Another way to do this is to "pull" your local branch. Pulling will also fast-forward if there are no merge conflicts. The only difference is that pulling will check the remote for new commits on the remote branch before carrying out the fast-forward.
