use normal cursor while hovering the kinetics window

hi! for increased precision it might be a good idea to switch the cursor to "normal" when hovering the kinetics window. i.e save the current cursor (probably the default touch style, but could be a custom cursor in case the user has changed it manually), switch to normal, and switch back on mouseOut.
