Use current redeem rates at Goals page

Goals page shows "Redeem 50 points (~5$) ..." for each goal, which assumes $1 = 10 points exchange rate. This rate is valid only for Individual subscription, and can be misleading/confusing for people on Free plan for whom it is different. It would be neat to check on which plan the person who's viewing the page is and to show the actual exchange rates (i.e. "Redeem 100 points (~5$) ...").
