Object variable

Hi,
do you have any example about Object Variable usage?

I have a form in the template and I want to add this form in a table as multiple rows. But I cannot replace the column variable with multiple text variable. I thought that maybe I can change it with object variable. But I couldn't find any examples.
My template form is like this, I placed it in a table so I can copy the rows.
