Task is stopping after some hours since the user opened the App.

Hi, i'm using this API since months ago, however, I only noticed now that the task is stopping after a few hours have passed since the last time the user opened the application. I've already left the app without restrictions on battery usage in the background, and I've also tried using android:alwaysRetainTaskState="true" in the AndroidManifest file, but without success. The device I'm testing is Samsung, OS Android 13

So I ran some tests by having one of my apps start an interval that goes off every minute.
Tried it in an emulator for ~2 hours and it kept working.
Today I tried it on my device (Pixel 6a, Android 13) and it worked for around 1 hour and 45 mins, and then it stopped. Upon further inspection using ADB logs, I found the following:
ActivityManager: Killing 31605:<package-name>/u0a283 (adj 700): stop com.google.android.webview due to installPackageLI
Which according to this answer it's due to Webview being updated and killing the app in the process.
So this might be your issue or maybe not (idk if your app uses Webview), but it seems to me like these kinds of problems are related to some externality killing the app.
Disabling the battery optimizations helps, but I'm not sure if it's possible to protect against all ways in which Android/vendors can kill your app.
If you find what was the root cause in your case and a possible fix/workaround then I'm willing to include it.
