Add Auto-refill to Provisioning Options

Motivation

I just extracted a new miscellaneous page about the Provisioning Options. It currently contains the information about the subnets but, when launching a Satellite or Orbiter, developer can also select another option: Auto-refill.

What to do

Document "Auto-refil" or at least mention it with some links in the "Provision Options"
