Add configurable dashboards

While some work already went into repository model to have user lever dashboards, those are not yet integrated with UI as we kinda need some sort of a model to design that layout.

Few commits from 0146092 to 6e99471 added some functionality for this. What is missing is able to remove workflows while whole feature is still very immature.
