Standalone run inside eclipse

Usually it will save time to test plugin with standalone dry-run before plugin is deployed. To do it externally from command line takes too much time and you always needs to find correct parameters. Create integration to eclipse execution framework.

For now, this is only dry-run. Later we can try to run/debug actual plugin inside eclipse.
