Implement Drive -> Create Drive

Allow the user to create a new shared drive.

**Input:**
- Name (Text - the name of the new drive)


**Output:**
Details of the Shared Drive:
- Id (of the drive)
- Name

** Validation:**
None. The name must be supplied and everybody is actually able to create a drive. Drives with the same name are allowed (however very confusing).
