Enhanced encrypted dotfiles - Extend Atuin-based approach

Overview

Extend the current Atuin-based encrypted storage approach to eliminate the .dotfiles-local dependency entirely.

Current Status

• ✅ Atuin provides encrypted command history and some config storage
• ❌ Still rely on .dotfiles-local for sensitive configurations

Goals

• Research Atuin's key-value storage capabilities
• Identify all sensitive configs currently in .dotfiles-local
• Design migration strategy for sensitive configs to Atuin storage
• Create helper scripts for encrypted config management
• Remove .dotfiles-local dependency
