could you share the env config?

Thanks a lot for sharing your code which is an amazing work! I want to learn your code but I can not install your env. I tried different versions of mmdet and pytorch and cudatoolkit on RTX 3090 but all failed. could you please share your requirement.txt? Especially, what is your pytorch, cuda toolkit, mmdet and mmcv versions? thanks a lot.
