HTML File with BOM used for body

In case the file is written with the byte order mark present, the file has a prefix of 2 bytes. In the email sent by the task they apear as unicocode bad symbols, 2 quesionmarks. They are between the prepended meta tag and the html content.

From code i see you hardcoded UTF8as encoding. I would suggest to expose this as a parameter in the build task, still keep the default value as utf8 and note it in the documentation. As a quick fix for myself i will change the encoding i save the file with to match.
