Sending email fails with Requested Entity too large error

I am trying to add attachment to the emails and it fails with this error: UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection (rejection id: 1): Error: Request Entity Too Large

is there any limit to the attachment size that we have to keep in mind? if yes, is there any other possibility to send larger attachments?
