Add weapon readiness #9

A weapon in hand can have 3 readiness statuses:

  • ready - can be used immediately in combat
  • not ready - not ready for combat
  • readying - in process of being readied

Examples:

  • a bow may require some number of segments (say 4) to reload before it can fire again
  • a heavy crossbow may require 1 or 2 full rounds before it can fire again. While reloading it is in 'readying' status.
