`startOnPreviousMonth` bugs the dates selection

## Reproduce Steps
On the DateRange/DateRangePicker when you start the selection on the previous month with the `startOnPreviousMonth` set to `true`, it goes on month back automatically.

## Expected behaviour

It shouldn't go back one month when you start a selection.
