[Arab] Change Arabic keyboards

• Change keyboards using Scheherazade to use Scheherazade New

• Put a deprecation notice in the scheherazade folder.

• Change keyboards using Scheherazade/Scheherazade New to use "kbdarab.json" file and add KbdArabScheherazade.ttf to the list of files in the .kps and select the OSK setting.

• Change keyboards using Harmattan to use "kbdarab.json" file and add KbdArabHarmattan.ttf to the list of files in the .kps and select the OSK setting.
