feat(windows): differentiate the different types of update checks

There is a need for statisitcal and software developer investigative purposes to differentiate the different types of update checks.

1. There will be an update on the Kmshell side to allow setting the update check type. This type can be added to the http request.
2. There will also need to be a change to the server side to recognise the parameter or flag that sets the update check type.

The four update types will be:

• On Installation (automatic)
• Automatic (once/week, automated)
• Manual (clicking the button in Keyman Configuration, or cmd line -buc)
• InProcess (during the online update process, with UpdateAvailable/WaitingRestart)
