bug(linux): 'stuck' Enter key with ldml keyboards on Wayland

Pressing the Enter key when using an ldml keyboard on Wayland results in an infinite number of newlines being added.

This emerged from testing #15488.

Reproducible in Ubuntu 24.04 and 25.10, both in compliant and non-compliant apps.

ibus issues that might be related:

• Typing Unicode character with CTRL+SHIFT+U and immediately pressing space then enter would sometimes causes the same glyph getting entered twice. ibus/ibus#2835
