Scrutor scanning libraries more than one level

Say, I have a dependency added via scrutor in LibC, and LibD and consider the libraries' dependency order as LibA -> LibB -> LibC -> LibD. If I scan LibA, will the scrutor dependencies in LibC and LibD be registered?
