Sorting the data in the table view.

Should sorting be available in the table view? sort by: last name, riding, or party?

Should the offices be sorted? Right now I am not certain how the offices are displayed. Should all the constituency offices be grouped together - either first or last?

@shaneknysh really dig this idea. I was super focused on filtering but sorting would also be cool.
