Define Events is not working

I use killbill with docker.

I configured email-notifications with following events

`org.killbill.billing.plugin.email-notifications.defaultEvents=INVOICE_CREATION,INVOICE_PAYMENT_SUCCESS`

When I cancel a subscription an email will be send but i did not add `SUBSCRIPTION_CANCEL`
