[Bug] local images give strange console errors and are never displayed on other clients

Bug Description

whenever I try to display a local screenshot or other image, it appears fine on my machine, but on the console it gives me this error or similar

[GetFileChannel]not found in server: --path to local file--
or this [Server thread/INFO]: [GetFileChannel]记录uuid:

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. host server (tried with essential and with a proper hosted online server)
2. paste image into chat or drag and drop
3. check on other machine
