[Feature] Only render image when hovering on [image] hyperlink

Feature Description

Players report when someone upload an image, their game freeze (which i also confirm)

Problem Solved

I believe the best way to solve this is to not render the image as soon as its sent, but render it only when you hover your mouse on top of the image hyperlink.

we use 1.4.7+1.21.4+fabric version of the mod
