Incomplete unwrapping

I hope you are doing well. When running the ROMEO on a subject with four echoes (6.92, 13.45, 19.98, 26.51 ms), the last echo unwrapped image is not actually unwrapped, please find the screenshot attached. What do you suggest? Thank you!

Hi,

probably the temporal unwrapping failed. That happens if the phase evolution is not linear over time, which can be due to the coil combination method or bipolar acquisition, and probably other effects when not corrected.

You can try the (slightly slower) version of individual unwrapping, by giving the flags --individual-unwrapping and --correct-global
